i understand wenning because he just burned the fuck out...but you really think pops and dill are milking it? i think that out of most older pros they have stayed true to their identities without falling victim to industry trends and bullshit..

pops is a no brainer. hes still has all his sponsors but devotes most of his time to playing with blocks of wood and seeing how many weeks he can go without eating anything.
dill is more of a grey area. he definitely skates more than pops but talking shit on kalis is the definition of bullshit! ever notice each of his parts gets about a minute shorter in each vid?

you can argue that the parts are getting shorter as he gets older, but there are plenty of skaters who have been around for just as long and stay just as good. some of them even get better. creager, greco, daewon, kalis...i can go on

when you said dill was talking shit on kalis did you mean about him talking about the dgk deal? with dill its quality over quantity...his mindfield part had some of the best dill footage i've seen so far. i can see your point with pops though. but who are we to judge any other persons hobby and art form. but i do agree that pops has fallen off since fully flared coverage-wise. im still backing dill 100 percent.

it seemed to me that kalis left because aws was all about cramming as many left coasters onto the team as possible. i dont really know how you can hate on that, especially for someone that endures living in new york city. and i will judge skateboarders that keep cashing their checks even though we know they aren't skating anymore. chocolate is a good example. what was the last ad or video part you saw from devine calloway, justin eldridge, or CHRIS ROBERTS

thanks, i seen it tho. not sure how baker thinks they can replace stylish 18 stair sw heels with repetitive double flips. kramers part rules.

i agree that some riders on chocolate have fallen off the map, like calloway and eldridge. and also roberts who went pro before anybody gave a shit about him and now still no one gives a shit about him. but it would be wrong to generalize the entire chocolate team that way. they still have one of the sickest teams in the entire industry and most of their riders do get a lot of coverage in mags and online. even if it is for their other sponsors.

p.s.
the chocolate video better be fucking good.

only hating on those three dudes. vincent alvarez rips. chocolate tour minus the skits is the best video ever.
